Vegas Bull
If you plan to come to Las Vegas in late October, November and December, you better bring your Stetson and cowboy boots. That’s when Vegas turns a whole lot of country.
First up is the Professional Bull Riders World Finals (PBR). This is usually held the last weekend in October and the first weekend in November. The top 45 bull riders, the top 100 bulls, and some of the best bull fighters in the World come to Las Vegas to take home the top title. Yes, even the bulls win prizes…. This year top honors went to Brazilian superstar Guilherme Marchi (top bull was All In).
During the first week in December, is the National Finals Rodeo (NFR). This is where… well you get it. The best of the rodeo come to prove why they are they best.
Both of these events sell out quickly each year. And along with them are all the parties, festivities, and some of the best in country musical acts show up as well.
Each event brings in over $50 million to the local economy and the number of people who come to town for them will out number most other sporting event or even more than our top conventions.
So grab your Stetson and watch where you step!
